Our Return & Shipping Policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages and shortages must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging is required for all returns.

Shipments refused or customer remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges. All returns require prior approval from Décor Conceptz. Before returning the item, please request an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)number to be referenced on the return.

Exchanges

Return the merchandise ordered. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it could take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact Décor Conceptz at decorconceptz@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving orders. All orders are shipped by FedEx
Home Delivery or FedEx Ground. For business addresses FedEx Ground is used.
